What is FilterCapture?
FilterCapture is a custom AI communication system for small and mid-sized businesses. It reads your inbound emails, reviews, and messages, answers routine questions automatically, qualifies serious leads, and routes high-priority inquiries to you in real time. Think of it as an always-on assistant that handles the repetitive 80 percent so you can focus on the important 20 percent.
How does FilterCapture actually work?
We configure an AI system trained on your business rules, pricing, availability, FAQ answers, and tone. When a new email or message arrives, the AI reads it, classifies the intent, and either auto-responds with the right info, flags it for you to handle personally, or routes it to the right team member. You can require human approval before any response goes out, or auto-approve for specific categories.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Service businesses that deal with high volumes of similar customer inquiries. Today we focus on marinas, fishing charters, and cannabis dispensaries, but the system works for dental practices, contractors, property managers, real estate teams, and any SMB with a full inbox. Setup & Integration
How long does setup take?
Most clients are live within 2 to 3 weeks. That includes a discovery call, building the AI logic around your business, connecting to your email and CRM, testing with your real data, and training your team. Complex multi-tool setups can take 4 to 6 weeks.
Do I have to change my email provider or CRM?
No. FilterCapture connects to what you already use. We integrate with Gmail, Outlook, and most email providers, plus CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. No rip and replace. No new software for your team to learn.
What if my business is unusual or complex?
Every setup is custom. We don't force you into a template. If your workflow has unusual rules or integrations, we scope that in the discovery call and quote accordingly. The three standard tiers cover 90 percent of what SMBs need, and we build custom on top of that when it makes sense.
Pricing & Terms
How much does FilterCapture cost?
Setup ranges from $3,500 to $5,000 depending on which service you choose (Review Responder, Email Responder, or Lead Qualifier). Monthly is $250 with a 3-month minimum. Cannabis has a dedicated plan at $299/mo with $1,000 setup. See the pricing page for full details.
Can I cancel anytime?
After the 3-month minimum, yes. The minimum exists so we have enough runway to optimize performance and show measurable results. After month 3, it auto-renews monthly and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What kind of results should I expect?
Most clients see 5 to 10 hours per week saved on repetitive email within the first month. Response times drop from hours to under 10 minutes. Do you offer a free trial?
No free trial, but we do offer a free 30-minute consultation. On the call we look at your actual inbox, identify the repetitive patterns, and show you exactly how FilterCapture would handle them. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you.
Operations & Control
Can I approve responses before they go out?
Yes. Human approval is configurable per category. Most clients start with full approval, then auto-approve specific categories (like pricing questions) once they're comfortable with the AI's performance. You stay in control.
What happens if the AI doesn't know an answer?
It escalates to you. The AI is configured to recognize its limits. For anything outside its scope (unusual requests, complex negotiations, complaints), it flags the message and routes it to the right person on your team with full context attached.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade AI providers with data processing agreements, no training on your data, and encrypted storage. Messages are processed in memory and logged only for your dashboard. We can sign a BAA for healthcare or a standard DPA for any industry.

How do you handle cannabis compliance?
Cannabis is a first-class industry for us. Every response includes your state's required disclaimers automatically.
